How long is the show?
The show lasts about 2 hours with an interlude of about 20 minutes between the first and second part to allow us to do a runway makeover.

Where are the parking lots?
If you have a ticket in the stands, you will need to follow the PolCom directions on the spot.
The transfer from the car park to the track on foot takes about 15 minutes.
If you have a VIP ticket, then you can park directly at the entrance to the Sports Center.

I have a ticket in the stands, can I take advantage of the VIP parking?
The VIP car park has a limited number of lots and is exclusively reserved for people holding a VIP ticket.

What time do you open the doors of the Sports Center?
The entrance doors will open at 7.15pm.

What time does the show start ?
The show starts at 8.15pm.
In case of need, the start time could be postponed by 15 minutes.

Can I eat at the ice rink during Music on Ice?
Yes, the bar service is guaranteed throughout the show and you can buy food and drinks at your convenience.

How high is the volume of music during the show?
The music level will not exceed the permitted 98Db level.

How many degrees are there on the icerink?
About 8 - 10 C °. We recommend warm clothing.

How long should I arrive before the show begins?
We recommend showing up an hour before the show starts.

Are places for disabled available?
Yes, we have a reserved area in the sports center.
You will need to advise us when purchasing the ticket because the number of seats is limited.

Can I make a video of the show?
Yes, you can record videos as long as it is recorded on your mobile without bothering your neighbors
Video recordings with cameras and tripods are prohibited.
In any case, the recording of these videos must absolutely remain private.
Video Publications in televisions and internet websites will not be allowed without the prior agreement of production.
Video Publications on social networks are allowed.

Yes, you can take pictures with your smartphone without bothering your neighbors.

I bought my ticket for the show but I can't come anymore. Can you repay me?
No, unfortunately the tickets bought cannot be refunded.

Do the boys have the right to a discount to see the show?
Yes, children under 12 may have a discount of 50% of the ticket price if they buy their ticket in the Family area.
If they decide to watch the show outside these areas, they will have to pay the full fare ticket.

Do children under 3 pay to see the show?
No, children under the age of 3 do not have to pay the entrance fee, but must be seated on the lap of the companion.

What happens if one of the skaters announced is not present? Can we ask for a discount or refund of the ticket?
No, unfortunately the injury and / or illness are also part of an athlete's life and the organization cannot be held responsible for such situations.

What should I do if a piece of scenery, a camera or an operator obstructs my vision of the track and / or prevents me from seeing the show at its best? Can I ask for a discount or refund of the ticket?
In the event of an incident of this kind, you must report the problem to someone in the organization before the show begins and an alternative solution will be found.
If no alternative is feasible, it will be the organizer's care to remedy the error with the refund of the ticket or a discount for the next show.
